About Restoration in Christ Ministries
The Focus of Restoration in Christ Ministries
RCM has a two-pronged focus:
To provide educational support and resources for healing those with dissociative disorders
To train counselors and prayer ministers in facilitating the healing process
This is accomplished through:
RCM firmly believes that an educated survivor is an empowered survivor. Because of the lack of counselors and prayer ministers who truly understand the principles for effectively and efficiently overcoming dissociation and the spiritual bondages of ritual abuse, the need for survivors themselves to learn these principles is great. Those who do are much more apt to obtain successful healing than those who look to a counselor or prayer minister to “fix them.” RCM offers an extensive line of educational resources as well as a quarterly Survivors’ School of Healing for this purpose.
RCM offers training to therapists and prayer ministers engaged in ministering to the severely abused through our written and recorded resources as well as a growing line of recorded webinars. Our RCM DID Training Program offers the most extensive format for receiving our teachings on overcoming dissociation and the complex bondages of ritual abuse along with the opportunity to be engaged in experiential practicums and receive official certification from us.
RCM’s extensive line of resources includes written, audio, and video materials on many topics related to inner healing, spiritual warfare, and Christian growth with a primary focus on understanding and overcoming dissociative disorders and the bondages of ritual abuse. These are available as free downloads from our library or for purchase from our store.
RCM is willing to complement our various written, audio, and video resources with limited telephone and e-mail support to survivors and others in relationship with them, including counselors, prayer ministers, pastors, cell group leaders, spouses, or other family members. While we do not claim to have all answers for all situations, we are willing to lend a compassionate ear and provide what insight and direction we might be able to contribute. Our understanding of this subject comes from a compassionate staff who have either walked the journey themselves or had very close contact with those who have.
