Shipping and Refund Policy

RCM orders are shipped USPS Media Mail unless otherwise requested.

Order Processing and Shipping:

RCM makes every effort to process all incoming orders on week days within 24 hours. During holidays or vacations, orders are usually processed within 5 days, but might be longer on rare occasions. Unless otherwise requested, orders are shipped by USPS Media Mail.

Return Policy for Physical Products:

Any physical product item ordered that does not meet the need of the customer can be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase amount (which does not include the cost of shipping) by contacting rcmoffice@rcm-usa.org. If the item is faulty in any way, please contact our office to work out a replacement or a refund.

Return Policy for Virtual, Digital, or Downloadable Products:

We do not provide refunds on virtual, digital, or downloadable products after the product is purchased. Therefore, we urge you to make sure that you carefully read the product description before making a purchase. There are a few exceptions under which we may consider a full or partial refund at our sole discretion, such as:

  • Unauthorized purchases: if you did not authorize the purchase, contact us.
  • Product not delivered: if you encounter a situation where you do not receive the delivery email from us due to mail issues, please contact us to try to resolve the matter.
  • Issue with product download: if you encounter difficulties when downloading the product, please contact your browser provider support team to ensure compatibility with all major browsers. Issues of this nature typically come from the browser firewall or network settings. Perhaps try to download the item on a different device or with a different browser or both. If you are not able to resolve the download issue, you may contact us and provide a screenshot of the error message you are receiving, along with your device type and browser information so we can best assist you.
  • Software defects: unforeseen errors may occasionally occur. If you encounter an issue with this, kindly contact us for our assessment of your item replacement options or refund request.

To request a refund for a digital product for any of these reasons, contact us at rcmoffice@rcm-usa.org with your refund request explaining the issue within 24 hours of purchase.
